  • Is the rental rate per day, or can I pick up my order a day early at no extra charge?
    Normally on weekends, customers can pick up rentals on Friday and return their rentals on the next business day (typically, Monday), and will only be charged a one-day rate. The same applies for items we are delivering and setting up. Special arrangements can be made for earlier pickups.
  • Do you offer half-day rental rates?
    No, all rentals begin with one-day rates.
  • Do I set up the tent?
    No, you can rely on us for the best quality and secure installation of our tents. Western Event Rental tents are installed by trained professionals with fast and efficient service.
  • Does the linen need to be washed before I return it?
    There is no need to wash the linens before returning. Please shake the linen out so there is no food remaining on it, and return it in the containers that were provided. We take care of the rest. (Please do not put wet linens in plastic bags or containers as this will cause mold to grow in a matter of hours and destroy the linen.)
  • What do I need to make a booking?
    A signed rental agreement and a 25% deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due on delivery or pickup.
  • What if my event is more than a one-day event?

  • What is the cancellation policy?
    A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm a rental reservation. A 50% cancellation charge applies with less than 30 days’ notice of the delivery or customer pick-up. A 100% cancellation charge applies to all orders cancelled within one week of delivery or customer pick up. Refunds are not issued for rental items returned unused.
  • How much is delivery and pickup?
    Delivery is $50 within city limits. A travel fee based on a $1.20/kilometer is available for outside of city limits.
  • Can I return my rentals on the weekend?
    Returns are only accepted on the first business day following your rental. If a weekend return is required, please contact us to make arrangements for a fee.
  • Can you deliver my rental items to my venue?
    Yes, however additional charges may apply. Our deliveries are curb-side deliveries; stairs, elevators, long distances and set-ups are subject to additional charges. Please ensure your rentals are left together and by the door to avoid additional charges.
  • What happens if I return the equipment late?
    Returning equipment late deprives other customers of the use of that rental equipment, so you will be charged for each additional day the equipment is returned late.
